Delaware Blue Coats

Γ Proposal / 2026-27 Season

You have one media day.
Let's make it last all season.

A full-season video production partnership built around how the Blue Coats actually operate — a roster that changes weekly, two people covering everything, and a building full of moments nobody has the hands to capture.

Γ 01 / What you told us

We built this around
your actual needs.

Not a video package looking for a buyer. Everything below came out of our conversation.

Two people and two interns

Your interns are only there on game days, and they can’t leave the game. So the kids’ zone, the VIP level, the birthday parties, and the B-roll none of it gets shot, even though it’s the content that sells tickets.

Sponsor obligations don't wait

Player of the game, theme night activations, partner posts. On a back-to-back, all of it has to go out at once because there’s no room to hold content for tomorrow.

The roster turns over weekly

As the roster changes week to week, we can offer quick media day sessions at our local studio.

The league stopped sending help

The G League cut photographers. The NBA sends one person for headshots. You don’t travel with the team, so away content means pulling from tagged Instagram posts.

Γ 02 / The reference

This is the standard
we'd bring to your building.

Delaware State Men’s Basketball, 2025 season open. Blacked-out arena, full lighting package, one-shoot day.

DSU Men’s Basketball Show Open — 2025

SLAM Summer classic launch campaign

Every Court Has a Story — NBA

Γ 03 / The partnership

Three pieces.
They work together.

PIECE 01

The Season Film

A full cinematic production, bringing all the energy, emotion, and effect that fills the arena.

PIECE 02

Game Coverage

A video crew in your building so we can focus on the games, and the interns can focus on everything else. The same crew all season; you won’t re-brief a stranger every night.

PIECE 03

The Archive

Every frame we shoot is hosted and searchable, so a season of footage stays useful instead of disappearing into a drive.

Having a comprehensive database of high-quality images of all of our student-athletes has been invaluable as we celebrate our teams and individuals across our social media platforms.

Γ 04 / Delivery

What lands, and when.

Deliverable Format Turnaround
Game recap 45-60 sec, vertical and horizontal cuts 48 hours
Raw game footage Full-resolution, into the archive Rolling
Season film Hero cut plus social, banner, and deck versions Version 1 by December 7
Archive access Searchable, AI-tagged, up to 5TB Season-long

The level of communication with OTM was excellent, they provided timely responses to questions and requests for revisions.

Γ 05 / Getting it shot

Your window is tight.
Here's how we use it.

Nov 4 Your media day. We stay out of the way — your stations run as normal. Media day
Nov 5 or 6 Season film shoot. Afternoon practice, players shower and reset, we shoot into the evening. Two hours to set up while they're out. Film
Nov 7 Home opener. Full game coverage begins. Opener
Season Game coverage across your home schedule, recaps in 48 hours, footage into the archive as we go. Nov-Mar

Shooting the film on a separate evening is what makes the look possible. Sun through the 76ers wall is the one thing we can’t light around, and in November it’s down by 4:30, which works in our favor.

Γ 06 / Investment

Two ways to run the season.

Full season — recommended

Season Film

Full production — VFX, motion graphics, practical effects, advanced sound design

$28,000

Game Coverage — 24 Games

Every home game. Recaps, raw footage

$49,000

Hosted Archive

Up to 5TB, AI-tagged and searchable, one year

$2,000

$79,000

Full season

$30,000 at signing. The balance spread across the season on whatever schedule your finance team prefers.

Half season

Season Film

Same full production

$28,000

Game Coverage — 12 Games

Theme nights and marquee dates, selected with you

$25,000

Hosted Archive

Up to 5TB, AI-tagged and searchable, one year

$2,000

Half season total

Same $30,000 at signing, balance across the season

$55,000

The film can also be scaled down to fewer post hours and a lighter effects package if you’d rather move the budget toward game coverage. Happy to walk through what that changes.

Γ 07 / Leadership

Who you'd be working with.

Our leadership team. You’d have direct access to all of us, not an account manager between you and the people making the work.

Γ Next step

Let's get the fellas
in the building.

Media day is November 4. If we’re shooting the film that week, we’d want to lock it in the next few weeks.
